Auravii Diagnostics & Evaluation Services was founded to bring clarity, integrity, and compassion to the diagnostic process. We provide independent, evidence-based psychological and psychoeducational evaluations that empower families, guide providers, and promote access to medically necessary care.

We’re growing — and we’re looking for an Intake & Outreach Coordinator to help lead the way. This position blends client intake coordination with community outreach and program expansion during Auravii’s statewide launch. You’ll be the first point of contact for families seeking clarity and the bridge that connects referral partners, schools, and providers to our evaluation services.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Intake & Scheduling – Respond promptly and compassionately to family and provider inquiries; guide clients through intake, insurance verification, and scheduling; ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Outreach & Program Expansion – Actively build and maintain referral relationships with schools, pediatricians, ABA agencies, and community programs; participate in outreach events; track referral and conversion data.
  • Administrative & Team Support – Coordinate evaluation logistics; maintain digital records; support leadership with quality and service standards.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or education intake coordination; excellent communication; bilingual preferred.
