Auravii Diagnostics & Evaluation Services
Auravii Diagnostics & Evaluation Services was founded by Vanessa Bolaños-Fernandez and Armando Fernandez with one shared belief — that clarity leads to empowerment.
Auravii provides independent, high-quality psychological and educational evaluations that help families better understand their child’s developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs. Each evaluation is guided by compassion, evidence-based practice, and a commitment to empowering families with clear, actionable answers.
Together, Vanessa and Armando built Auravii as a family-driven company where clinical expertise meets operational excellence. Their combined backgrounds in behavioral science, social work, international business, and community leadership have shaped a model that values integrity, accessibility, and impact.
Auravii proudly serves families across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, offering multilingual services in English and Spanish and delivering evaluations that clarify needs, guide treatment, and inspire meaningful progress.
Vanessa Bolaños-Fernandez, MSW, BCBA – Co-Founder & CEO | Executive Clinical Director
Vanessa Bolaños-Fernandez is a Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than two decades of experience spanning clinical practice, program development, and systems-level leadership. Her work bridges micro- and macro-level social work, giving her a unique ability to understand how policy, community needs, and care delivery intersect to improve outcomes for children and families.
As Executive CEO of Auravii, Vanessa leads the organization’s clinical vision, operational strategy, and commitment to excellence. Her expertise in Autism and ADHD evaluation frameworks, psychoeducational best practices, and family-centered care informs the standards, protocols, and service model that guide Auravii’s clinical operations. She is known for shaping high-quality, accessible diagnostic services that support clarity, direction, and meaningful next steps for families.
Vanessa’s leadership reflects her deep dedication to innovation, integrity, and helping children thrive through informed, evidence-based pathways of support.
Armando Fernandez – Co-Founder & COO | Vice President of Operations
Armando Fernandez combines business acumen, operational leadership, and a people-centered approach to drive Auravii’s mission forward.
Before entering the business world, Armando pursued a professional baseball career with the Chicago Cubs’ minor-league affiliate in Arizona, where he cultivated the discipline, teamwork, and resilience that continue to shape his leadership today.
With a background in International Business studies, Armando transitioned into operations management and business development, developing a talent for building efficient systems that balance sustainability with service excellence.
As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Armando oversees day-to-day operations, financial management, and strategic partnerships. His leadership reflects precision, integrity, and empathy, ensuring that Auravii remains a trusted, accessible resource for families and professionals alike.
